I'm Samuele, a soul who has always been guided by a love of nature and animals, good food and a simple life.
As a child I found my joy in long walks through the woods, picking mushrooms: a youth lived against the grain, close to horses and surrounded by greenery.
I grew up with the false security of a steady job as an employee, but before long I felt the need for a more genuine kind of freedom.
After leaving the big company, I decided to embrace change, which for me means managing my own time and passions, and turning work into a self-directed way of life rooted in the deep values handed down by my beloved Nonna Tina. I promised her I would pass them on through my cooking, my deep love of tradition and my respect for the land.
The restaurant is my love letter to Nonna Tina, where the cuisine tells the story of the Menotre Valley.
